Phoenix : Devon - Hound of the Baskervilles
Phoenix Running Devon stages the "Dartmoor Myths & Legends - Hound of the Baskervilles" event on Sunday 07 June 2026 at Mill Marsh Park, Station Road, Bovey Tracey, Devon TQ13 9AW. The route follows the Wray Valley Trail through the Parke Estate alongside the River Bovey and uses an out-and-back lap of 5.3 km (3.28 miles).
Participants can complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the event format. Distances offered include:

- Ultra marathon
The minimum distance recorded is one lap, 3.28 miles, or as far as the entrant can go within a seven hour time limit. The surface is off road trail, primarily riverside footpath, with approximately 31 m of elevation per lap, making each lap largely flat.
The event operates a flexible rock up and run start system, and the organisers can accommodate special start time requests depending on chosen distance. Entry pricing includes an affiliated rate and an unattached rate, and a lower priced no medal entry option is available. No medal entries receive standard event support including aid station service, same-day results, athlete profiles, digital bibs, and digital finisher certificates.
