Peterhead 3K & Junior Mile Series (2026)
Peterhead Athletics Club stages a series of track races at the Lido, Peterhead. The event is SA licensed and is scheduled on one Saturday each month from April to September, with dates in 2026 on April 25, May 30, June 20, July 25, August 29, and September 26.
The programme includes the following race categories:
- 3K race
- Junior Mile : Under 16s
- Junior Mile : Under 12s
Entry is by pre-entry only; no entries are accepted on the day. Entry fees are specified per race: the 3K is £2 plus a 50p administration fee, and each Junior Mile is £1 plus a 50p administration fee. Entrants must register for each race they intend to run and retain the same race number for the whole series. Race numbers are collected on the day at the small car parking area along the road from the Peterhead Marina Bay caravan site office building.
Series scoring is based on the fastest accumulated times from three races to determine overall placings. Prizes will be awarded in various categories for the overall series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
