Pawling 24 Hour Trail Running Festival
Organized by Conquer The World / C.T.W Endurance, this event in Pawling, NY is a timed trail running festival held on a set-distance loop. Runners can choose from multiple timed events held concurrently and attempt to cover as much distance as they can within their chosen time.

- 3 hour
The course is a loop of roughly 1.7 miles composed of pavement, grass, and single-track trail, with about 160 feet of gain per loop. All races use this same loop format. The event is cupless, requiring participants to supply their own drinking system.
A large grass field adjacent to the loop serves as the athlete and crew area for tents, crewing, nutrition and hydration. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and an indoor building near the loop provides restroom access and shelter if needed. Participants must cross the timing mat before accessing the athlete area.
An aid station offers basic ultra race nutrition and hydration items including Skratch and UCAN products, water, sodas, Athletic Brewing, bagels, fruit and candy. Pacers are not allowed; for the 24 hour event limited external support is permitted for a total of three laps, with disqualification for exceeding that allowance.
Finisher medals are awarded to all finishers, and awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each race. Runners who complete more than 100 miles earn a belt buckle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
