The event is a timed trail running festival at Lakeside Park in Pawling, NY. It offers multiple timed races on a set loop where participants aim to cover as much distance as possible within their chosen time limit. The event includes food, music, and on-course support during day and night. Runners who complete 100+ miles receive a belt buckle. All finishers receive a finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each race, with 12-hour awards combined.

The course is an approximately 1.68 mile loop with a mix of pavement, grass, and single-track trail and about 160 feet of gain per loop. The event is cupless; participants should plan their own hydration. An aid station will offer basic ultra nutrition and hydration, including Skratch and UCAN products, water, sodas, athletic brewing, bagels, fruit, and candy. There is a large grass athlete and crew area next to the course for tents and crewing on a first-come, first-served basis, plus access to an indoor building with restrooms. Pacers are not allowed.
