Pawling 24 Hour Trail Running Festival
The Pawling 24 Hour Trail Running Festival takes place September 19 to 20, 2026 in Pawling, New York. The event is organized by Conquer The World / C.T.W Endurance and features multiple timed trail races held on a set distance loop at Lakeside Park.
The course uses an about 1.68 mile loop that combines pavement, grass, and single track trail. Each loop includes roughly 160 feet of elevation gain. Participants aim to cover as much distance as they can within their chosen time period.
Race options include:
- 24 hours
- 12 hours (Day)
- 12 hours (Night Start)
- 6 hours
- 3 hours
The event is cupless. An aid station will offer basic ultra race nutrition and hydration, including Skratch and UCAN products, water, sodas, athletic brewing, bagels, fruit, and candy. There is a large grass field beside the course for athletes and crews to set up tents and chairs; spots are available on a first come first serve basis. An indoor building near the loop provides restrooms and an area that can be used in adverse weather. Participants must cross the timing mat before going to their crew spots.
Finisher medals are awarded to all runners. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each race, with the 12 hour awards combined. Runners who reach 100 plus miles earn a belt buckle. Pacers are not allowed. For 24 hour runners, outside support on the course is restricted to a total of three laps; additional support may result in disqualification.
