Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie's 2025 Ugly Sweater Run is scheduled for December 7, 2025, in Poughkeepsie, NY. The event is an untimed fun run of 5K distance held on a course that consists of two loops around the Shoppes at South Hills parking lot. The event is open to runners and walkers of all paces and abilities. Brooks will host an Adrenaline demo run tied to the shoe's 25th anniversary with demo shoes, ornaments from a silver tree, and branded prizes.
Logistics and policies
Registration is online only and space is limited; there will be no waitlist. The listed entry price is $32.80 (includes a $2.80 fee). All registered participants receive a custom BOCO ugly sweater sock (listed value $22), an ugly sweater custom bib, and a handmade finisher’s medal. Post-run food includes apple cider and cider donuts, and spirit prizes will be awarded for notable sweaters and costumes. The run takes place in a parking lot with roads open to cars; dogs are not allowed, and small children may be unsuitable for the course. Strollers are allowed but participants with strollers are asked to be cautious and hang back at the start. There will be no water on the course. The event runs rain or shine; if there is more than a dusting of snow, the run will be rescheduled to Sunday, December 14.
