The Patriot / 5k Road Race & Trail Run takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Lebanon, Ohio at the Countryside YMCA, 1699 Deerfield Rd, 45036. The event offers a 5K road race and a 5K trail run, with an option to enter both. Events are open to adults (ages 17+) and to youth (ages 6-16); children age 5 and under may participate free and can register on site.
Registration and proceeds
Ages 17+ pricing: early-bird one race $30 and both races $60; regular pricing one race $40 and both races $70. Ages 6-16: one race $20 and both races $30. Race registration includes a shirt and medallion if registered by October 18 (to guarantee). Early-bird savings apply for registrations completed by September 30, 2025.
All proceeds benefit the Countryside YMCA Veterans Connect program. For every 10 registrations the event can sponsor a veteran to join a 12-week program that meets twice weekly and focuses on age-appropriate fitness, nutrition (meals included), mental health resources, and social connection.
