A Day in The Park - Lebanon, OH
A Day in The Park takes place on November 7, 2026 at Miller Ecological Park in Lebanon, Ohio. The event is a timed ultrarunning competition produced by Empower Ultras and returning for its third year. It combines a 24 hour timed format with an integrated 100 mile option and includes a 6 hour race introduced in 2025.

The course is a USTAF certified one mile loop (course number OH24030JHP). The loop is flat with minimal elevation, surfaced with crushed gravel, and offers park views and space to set up a tent along the route. A central aid station at the start/finish area will provide typical ultrarunning food and a rotating menu that includes fresh fruit smoothies, pancakes, avocado wraps, and popsicles.
Swag and awards include high quality rabbit shirts, a personalized award made in Ohio by a local artist showing the completed distance, and a belt buckle for every participant who completes 100 miles or more.
