A Day in The Park - Lebanon, OH
A Day in The Park is a timed running event held at Miller Ecological Park in Lebanon, Ohio on November 7. The event returns for its third year and is produced by Empower Ultras in cooperation with the city.
Distances and formats include:
- 24 hour timed event
- 100 mile race option
- 6 hour option introduced in 2025
The course is a certified 1 mile loop with USTAF course number OH24030JHP. The surface is crushed gravel with minimal elevation, offering park views and space for tents along the route. A central aid station at the start and finish area will provide typical ultrarunning food and a rotating menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, including fresh fruit smoothies, pancakes, avocado wraps, and popsicles.
Runners who complete 100 miles may choose to stop and be recorded as a 100 mile finisher or continue for a 24 hour total. Only one result will be posted per entrant, either the 100 mile result or the 24 hour result.
Event swag and awards include rabbit shirts, a personalized award made in Ohio, and a belt buckle for everyone who completes 100 miles or more. There are no refunds. Packet pickup is at the park.
