Pasty & Pie Challenge Day 1
The event is a timed running challenge on Saturday, 14 March 2026. Participants have a window from the start time until 15:30 to complete as many laps as they wish. The finish line closes at 15:30.
The course consists of laps. Each lap is an out-and-back route, measured at 5.3 km. The route is on a scenic, old disused train line and is run entirely on tarmac. It is classified as a road event.
There is a maximum of 30 entrants. Registration closes on 13 March 2026. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Entry fees vary, with options that include or exclude a medal and other items.
A pasty or pie is offered to participants, but those entering after 6 March 2026 may not get their preferred choice due to advance ordering requirements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
