Budleigh Blister | Exmouth Harriers

The Budleigh Blister, organized by Exmouth Harriers, is an approximately 10-mile off-road running event held in Budleigh Salterton. Starting from Budleigh Cricket Club, the race offers participants a scenic course featuring stunning natural surroundings. All finishers receive a memento to commemorate their achievement.

The event is part of the Instep Series, attracting runners who enjoy challenging terrain and beautiful landscapes. Parking for participants is designated at Lyme Kiln carpark, separate from the race headquarters.
