Dark Dart Dash : event details
The Dark Dart Dash is a night trail run at Dartington Hall, Totnes, held on 22 November 2025. Registration and post-race hospitality are based at the Green Table Cafe, which will offer food, hot drinks and a bar. The event supports fundraising for a new children’s playground at Dartington Hall. Parking is available on site but is chargeable and monitored by cameras. Participants must bring a head or chest torch; trail shoes are strongly recommended.

The longer courses are single laps on mixed terrain including gravel, grass, some tarmac and sometimes mud. The kids courses are mostly on grass. Children aged 3-11 can take part in the kids races; there is a 1K for younger children and a 2K for older children. Children aged 8 and above may take part in the 5K if accompanied by an adult. Race entry includes professional RFID chip timing, marked and marshalled routes, medals for finishers, category prizes, water and feed stations, event toilets, event photos, trained medics and public liability insurance.
