Parade 5K Road Run
The Parade 5K is a road running event held in Goshen, Indiana, as part of the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. The event features a standard 5 km distance for participants. All registered participants are provided with transportation from the Elkhart County Fairgrounds to the starting line at Rogers Park.
The course includes two water stations to support runners during the race. Upon reaching the finish line, participants receive ice towels. Registration is open to the public, though individuals must register by July 1st to ensure they receive a race shirt. A registration price increase occurs after this date.
Check-in and packet pickup take place at Corporate Tent 1 on the northeast end of the Fairgrounds, situated north of the race track near gate 5. Participants must display an official race bib to use the provided bus transportation and to enter the race course.
While the primary event is the 5 km, a separate youth mile fun run for children aged 12 and under is held on the grandstand track before the conclusion of the main road run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
