Papertown Trail Races
Papertown Trail Races returns for a second edition at Chestnut Mountain Nature Park in Canton, North Carolina. The event on October 10 features two trail race distances and starts and finishes at the Chestnut Mountain Bridge Area.

The short course follows Papertown Express to Berm Park with multiple named trail intersections noted in the course directions. Course signage will mark every turn. There will be one water station on course serving water; runners are advised to carry their own fluids and nutrition as needed.
The event uses chip timing with chips attached to the back of the race bib; bibs should be worn on the front of clothing for finish-line visibility. Packet pickup and on-site late registration are handled at Chestnut Mountain Nature Park. On-site registration is accepted up to 15 minutes before each race start.
Entry fees vary by registration period: $35 from January 1 to March 31, $40 from April 1 to September 30, and $45 from October 1 through race day. Long sleeve race shirts are available a la carte for $20. Post-race water and light snacks will be provided near the finish line.
Prizes are awarded to the top ten male and top ten female finishers in each race. Dogs are allowed in parking and the start/finish bridge area but are not permitted on the course. Parking is in the Chestnut Mountain parking lot. Glory Hound Events maintains a no refund no deferral policy with limited transfer options.
