Event overview
The Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Expo takes place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Ruth Hardy Park, 700 Tamarisk Road, Palm Springs, CA 92262. The event includes a wellness expo with more than 80 booths and attractions such as a rock climbing wall, walk-on-water activity, aerial performers, a blood bank drive, and a food challenge. The 5K and 10K courses are USA Track and Field certified.

Packet pick-up is available onsite on Friday, January 23, and on race day at Ruth Hardy Park. 5K and 10K registrants receive a numbered bib with micro-chip for timing, a t-shirt, registration bag, finisher’s medal, Townie Bagels, coffee, protein snacks and bananas, and access to water stations on the route. Bike Ride registrants receive similar amenities, and the ride is explicitly not a timed event. The awards program gives trophies to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K, with age-group awards for multiple age ranges; overall winners are excluded from age-group prizes.
