Jingle Paws 5K & Elf Dash
Jingle Paws is a holiday-themed running and walking event held in Palm Springs on December 12, 2026. The course begins and ends at Temple Isaiah, located at 332 W. Alejo Road, and follows a fast, relatively flat route through quiet neighborhood streets decorated for the season.
The event includes two race options:
- Jingle Paws 5K (3.1 miles)
- Elf Dash for children ages 10 and under (3.1 miles)
Each registered participant receives a commemorative race shirt. A Santa suit is available for purchase through the event store. Strollers and leashed dogs are permitted on the course. Packet pick-up and race day registration are offered on the day of the event.
Proceeds support Guide Dogs of the Desert, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Guide Dogs of the Desert provides guide dogs at no cost to people who are blind or visually impaired and trains assistance dogs for people living with autism, seizure disorders, PTSD, and other disabilities.
Registration fees listed for the 5K include an early registration rate and a higher race day rate. The Elf Dash has a separate registration fee. Specific registration amounts and deadlines are provided by the event organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
