Jingle Paws 5K
Jingle Paws 5K is a dog-friendly fun run and walk in Palm Springs that benefits Guide Dogs of the Desert, a 501c3 charity that provides guide dogs at no cost and assistance dogs for people with seizures, autism, or PTSD. The event uses a 5K route of 3.1 miles and includes an additional Elf Dash for children 10 and under.
Each participant receives a Santa suit that may be worn during the event and kept afterward. Strollers and dogs are permitted on the course. The route is described as relatively flat and follows neighborhood streets beginning at Temple Isaiah, 332 W. Alejo, with the event site listed at Vine Ave. and W. Chino Drive in Palm Springs, CA 92262.
Packet pick-up and late registration are scheduled the day before the main event at Temple Isaiah and there is packet pick-up and race morning registration at the same location. Registration fees listed in event materials are $45 for early 5K registration, $50 for registration at packet pick-up or on event day, and $10 for the Elf Dash.
