PAGAN Trails offers a midwinter adventure on Dartmoor, visiting ancient stone circles and pagan sites. Choose from a Marathon over 28 miles with 1500m ascent or a Half Marathon over 14 miles. The challenging course starts and finishes in Chagford.

Pagan Midwinter Marathon
This event is called PAGAN Trails and takes place in Chagford, on Dartmoor in Devon. The event features two distances:
- A Marathon of over 28 miles.
- A Half Marathon of well over 14 miles.
The route visits ancient stone circles and pagan sites in the north-eastern part of Dartmoor. The terrain is challenging, with significant elevation gain: the Marathon has over 1500 meters of ascent, and the Half Marathon has almost 700 meters. The event is held in midwinter.
