Pagan Midwinter Marathon

The Pagan Midwinter Marathon is a challenging trail running event held in Chagford, located in the north-eastern corner of Dartmoor, Devon. Set in midwinter, the event offers two distances: a marathon of over 28 miles with more than 1500 meters of ascent, and a half marathon exceeding 14 miles with nearly 700 meters of ascent. The courses traverse mystical landscapes featuring ancient stone circles and pagan sites, steeped in local history and legend.
