Totnes 10K : Totnes, Devon

Totnes 10K is scheduled for Sunday 2nd August 2026, with entries opening in the early part of 2026. The event uses a revised route introduced after erosion; the race is listed as a 10 km but the current route measures around 11 km.

The course is nearly all off road and follows alongside the River Dart. The race starts and finishes on Borough Park and uses Totnes Leisure Centre as Race HQ, which provides toilets, extra portaloos, showers and changing facilities. Race numbers are collected from the leisure centre on the day.

Entry fees are unchanged: £16 affiliated and £18 unattached. There is a strict race limit of 625 entrants and recent years have mostly sold out well in advance. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Headphones are not permitted and wearing them will result in disqualification.

Prizes are offered for the first five male and female finishers, for 1st and 2nd male and female in veteran categories (every five years up to age 70), an under-18 category, and for team placings (men’s teams six to count; ladies’ teams four to count). Presentations are part of the event.

The race supports local charity Totnes Caring and has raised over £29,500 for their work. On-site facilities include a bag drop, medical cover, refreshments including Trotter cakes, and a PA system with live commentary. Sponsors include Sibelco, Francis Clark and China Blue.
