Event overview
Totnes 10K is scheduled for Sunday 2 August 2026. Entries open in the early part of 2026. The listed entry fees are £16 for affiliated runners and £18 for unattached runners. There is a strict entry limit of 625 places. The event has a main race and a separate fun run.
Course and facilities
The main route is now about 11 km, following mostly off-road paths alongside the River Dart. The race starts and finishes on Borough Park and uses Totnes Leisure Centre as Race HQ. The leisure centre provides toilets, extra portaloos, showers and changing rooms. There will be a bag drop, medical cover and a professional PA system with live race commentary. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.
Categories, prizes and additional details
Prizes include awards for the first five male and first five female finishers, vet category prizes for 1st and 2nd M&F in five-year age groups up to 70, an U18 category, and team prizes for men (6 to count) and women (4 to count). Presentations are planned on race day. Number transfers are accepted only on the day at Race HQ with a transfer form and an administration charge of £3 per transfer. The organisers support the local charity Totnes Caring; the race has raised over £29,500 for the charity to date.
