Paddy Buckley Round
The Paddy Buckley Round is a challenging three-day running event held in Northern Snowdonia, Wales, starting and finishing in Capel Curig. The course covers a loop of just over 100 km, including 47 mountain summits across major ranges such as the Moelwyn and Nantle Ridge, with approximately 9,000 meters of ascent and descent. Participants run in small guided groups, covering up to 40 km per day at a steady pace that includes walking on technical sections.
The event offers professional guidance, support vehicles, and refueling points, while accommodation and food are arranged separately. It is considered tougher than the Bob Graham and Ramsay Rounds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
