Outrun the Stigma 5K - Port Arthur
The PopPsych! Foundation presents an Outrun the Stigma 5K run/walk and a virtual 5K on May 22, 2027 in Port Arthur, Texas at Popeye Holmes Park. The in-person and virtual options each cover 3.1 Miles.
The event is organized to raise mental health awareness, promote physical and mental wellness, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants may run or walk. The event invites community participation and includes an option to form an OutRun Together team for families, friends, coworkers, churches, or organizations.

Children ages 7 and under may participate for free with a registered parent or guardian; free participation does not include a race shirt or a finisher medal.
