Orion Harriers Forest Five Series 2026
The Forest Five (mile) race series began in 2009 to support fundraising for the Orion clubhouse at Jubilee Retreat. The 2026 series comprises three events on the first Saturdays of the summer months: 6 June, 4 July and 1 August. The events take place at Jubilee Retreat, Bury Road, Chingford E4 7QJ.
Entries are available as single races or as a discounted three-race series. Early discounted fees apply to members of EA, WA and SA; published prices are £10 (discounted) and £12 (standard) for a single race, and £18 (discounted) and £24 (standard) for the full series. The closing date for entries is 3 June 2026 at 23:59 and the event status is listed as open.
Series awards include age-category trophies for best aggregate time across the three races, with categories given as SW, W40, W50, W60, W70, SM, M40, M50, M60 and M70. The third race also serves as Orion Harriers' home fixture in the ELVIS competition and carries separate trophies for placings plus first women's and men's team prizes scored on four finishers.
