Omni Turkey Trot
Omni Turkey Trot is a community running event at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, 102 Racquet Park Drive, Amelia Island, FL 32034. The course starts and finishes at Racquet Park next to the Verandah restaurant and meanders through resort grounds under a canopy of trees.

- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 mile Kids Fun Run
The 5K and youth 5K options are chip timed using a disposable chip attached to the back of the bib; official times require the provided chip. The 1 mile kids run is not chip timed. Running or walking are both permitted. Animals and bicycles are not allowed on the course. Strollers are permitted; participants using strollers are asked to start toward the back of the field.
Packet pickup is available the day before at the Racquet Park conference room for pre registered participants and on race day at the race site. On site registration opens the morning of the event. Parking is available next to the race start. A water station is available on course and at the finish. Qualified medical staff are available at the start and finish. Results for top runners are provided by QR code and staff can provide on site inquiries.
Awards include race charms for top overall male and female and top three male and female in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79, 80 to 84, 85 and over. A portion of proceeds will benefit the First Coast YMCA. The event is held rain or shine and refunds are not issued. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
