The Florida Roots Trail Series: Fort Clinch takes place on January 24, 2026, in Fort Clinch Park, Fernandina Beach, FL (2601 Atlantic Ave). The race is organized by Zero Feet Above and is held on the park trail system near the historic fort.
Race details
The course uses canopied single-track trails that wind through the park and circle the back of the historic fort. Distances offered:
- 10K
- 30K
- 50K
The event is chip timed, with timing and live results provided by MCM Timing. A main aid station will offer a selection of real food options, and meals and beer are provided at the finish area. All participants receive an official race shirt and a finisher’s award. Annual Florida State Park passes are awarded to the top male and top female in each distance. Runners are eligible for awards only in the distance they start.
Shirts are ordered on January 5; registrations after that date are not guaranteed the requested shirt size. Registration closes January 22, and space is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
