Event

The Old Dominion 100 Mile Endurance Run is a measured loop race of 100 miles held in Fort Valley, Virginia. The 2026 edition is scheduled for June 6, 2026. The race is part of the Grand Slam of Ultrarunning series. Registration closes May 24, 2026. The event is volunteer run and operates without commercial sponsors.

Course and logistics

The course runs through the Massanutten Mountains, the Shenandoah River Valley and Fort Valley. It includes 14 significant climbs and about 14,000 feet of total elevation gain. Terrain types include pavement, gravel roads, single-track trails, ATV trails, logging roads, rocks, streams and mud. There are 23 aid stations, crew access points and a network of volunteers along the route.
