The Old Dominion 100 Mile Endurance Run is a measured loop event at Shenandoah County Fairgrounds in Fort Valley, Virginia. The race distance is 100 miles. The event is one race in the Grand Slam of Ultrarunning series.

Course

The course loops through the Massanutten Mountains, the Shenandoah River Valley and Fort Valley. It includes 14 significant climbs and about 14,000 feet of total ascent. The surface mix includes pavement, gravel roads, single-track trails, ATV trails, logging roads, rocks, streams and mud. The course is not solely trail running and includes road sections.

Format and cutoffs
