Seven Bends Adventure Race
The Seven Bends Adventure Race is scheduled for July 11, 2026 at Seven Bends State Park in Woodstock, Virginia (2111 S Hollingsworth Rd). The event takes place along the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. It is part of the USARA race series and the Virginia State Parks Adventure Series.
Events and format
The main event is a 7-hour adventure race offered in multiple entry formats: solo, 2-person team, 3-person team, and 4-person team. Race disciplines include mountain biking, trekking, and paddling. A trek-only race option is available. Boats for paddle sections are provided by the race organization.
A separate Aqua Blaze paddle-run is scheduled for July 12, 2026. That event is described as a 7-mile paddle-run composed of a 4-mile run and a 3-mile paddle. Boats are provided for the Aqua Blaze, and bringing a personal watercraft is optional.
