Seven Bends Adventure Race
The Seven Bends Adventure Race takes place in Woodstock, Virginia, situated along the banks of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River near the mountains. The event is part of the USARA Race Series and the Virginia State Park Series, offering participants the opportunity to earn points in both standings.
The primary competition is a 7-hour adventure race. This multi-discipline event includes mountain biking, trekking, and paddling. For participants who prefer not to cycle, trek-only race options are available. The race organization provides boats for the paddling portion of the event.

- 7 Hour Solo
- 7 Hour, 2 Person Team
- 7 Hour, 3 Person Team
- 7 Hour, 4 Person Team
A separate Aqua Blaze event is also held, consisting of a 5-mile run and a 2-mile paddle. For this discipline, boats are provided, though participants have the option to bring their own watercraft.
