Rep and Run the Valley
Rep and Run the Valley is the first annual Valley Fitday held in Front Royal, Virginia on June 13, 2026. The event takes place at 460 S Commerce Ave and offers two 5K-based options: a standard 5K race and a Pump N Run 5K.

- Pump N Run 5K
The Pump N Run format pairs a 5K run with a bench press segment for men and women; each successful rep reduces the runner's 5K time by 30 seconds. Awards will be given to men and women in both the standard 5K and the Pump N Run 5K categories. Entries registered before June 1 receive a shirt and a medal.
Packet pickup is available at Valley Barbell on June 11 from 4:30 to 8:00 PM and June 12 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Race day packet pickup is scheduled at 8:00 AM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
