Okie Half Marathon and 5k
The Okie Half takes place in Muskogee, Oklahoma on March 14, 2026. The event uses the restored Hanger 1 at the Hatbox Events Center as the start and finish area. Both the half marathon and the 5k are USATF certified and described as flat courses.
The half marathon route begins and ends inside the Hatbox Events Center and passes local landmarks including the ROXY Theatre, the Merle Haggard statue area known as "Circling Merle", and Muskogee's Depot District. The 5k follows a mostly looped trail around the Hatbox Sports Complex.

Additional event details include packet pickup and in person registration at the Hatbox Events Center the evening before the race and race day pickup availability. The half marathon has a time limit of 4 hours 15 minutes. Runners who register by March 1 receive guaranteed apparel sizing for shirts and jogger pants. Finishers and top age group athletes receive awards that include cast finishers medals for half finishers, age group mugs and medals, and overall trophies. A barbecue meal from Mother Tucker's BBQ is included with half marathon entries; food vendors and refreshments are available at the finish.
