GTR - Gruber Trail Run 2026
The GTR - Gruber Trail Run returns for its 11th annual edition at the Gruber ORV Park in Braggs, Oklahoma. This event features multiple trail running distances held on a loop course described as moderately technical. The race venue is located at Highway 10 and Tyler Rd.
Participants can choose from several distance options based on a 5-plus mile loop system:
- 5 Mile
- 10 Mile
- 20 Mile
- Virtual Race
All finishers receive a custom finishers medal, and trophies are awarded to the top three male and female runners in each event. Packet pickup is available at the ORV park on the day of the race. Participants must collect their packets at least 10 minutes before their respective distance begins, as late starts are not permitted due to the loop-style format of the course.
The event has a firm cutoff time of 3:00 pm for all distances. In the event of a significant snow or ice storm that makes the trails difficult to navigate, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the physical event may be converted to a virtual format for all entries. Runners wishing to change their selected distance must do so before the start of the race; dropping to a shorter distance after the race has commenced results in a DNF (Did Not Finish).
