OGHS PE River Fest 5K : New Cumberland, WV
The OGHS PE River Fest 5K is a community fundraising event for the Oak Glen High School Physical Education Department held on September 26, 2026. The event is sponsored by the New Cumberland Festival and Parade Committee and includes multiple participation categories: Run, Walk, Stroller, and two kids divisions.
The course is a city road route that begins on North Chestnut Street across from Hines Park Gazebo in New Cumberland, proceeds south on Route 2 past the New Cumberland Baseball Fields, and returns to the start line. Race day festivities will take place at Hines Park Gazebo.
Registration is open from June 29, 2026 until September 11, 2026. The registration fee for listed categories is $20. Teams may register and an award will be given to the team with the most participants. The Run category is for participants who will run or run/walk. The Walk category is designated for walking only; running is not allowed in that category.
