Event overview
The Steel City Human vs Horse is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Hillman State Park, 255 Kramer Rd, Burgettstown, PA. The event is organized by the Pittsburgh Area Run and Ride Trail Association. It is a simultaneous trail running race and horseback endurance race in which runners and riders start together and compete on the same course. The course surface will include single track, gravel road, and grassy meadow. All runners and riders are required to attend a pre-race safety meeting to review trail etiquette.
