O.D.B. DASH 5K
The event is a community 5K in Middletown, Delaware on August 27, 2026. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to the local charity Our Daily Bread.
Participants can choose among several registration categories:
- 5K run/walk
- Competitive Walking 5K (must walk the entire race)
- Children 5K (12 years and under) No shirt
The course is a fast, flat residential neighborhood route that starts and finishes at Volunteer Brewing Company, 116 W. Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709. No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non transferable and there are no refunds on registrations.
Amenities include tee shirts, post race refreshments including beer for participants over age 21, and music. Awards are given to top overall finishers and masters by gun time, and to age group placings by chip net time. Awards include top three male and female finishers in 10 year age groups from 13 and under through 80 and over, plus top walkers.
Timing is provided by R2R Timing using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System. Results will be posted online during and after the event.
