Distances offered:
- Olympic: 1.5K swim, 25.4 mile bike, 10K run

Bike routes travel through Cecil County and Elk Neck State Forest on mostly low-traffic roads. Courses are described as hilly and technical in places with long straight sections and scenic views.
Run courses are lightly rolling, out-and-back on paved road shoulders with little shade. Aid stations provide ice water and sports drink approximately every mile.
The event is USA Triathlon sanctioned and offers race categories including age group, aquabike, relay, military, Clydesdale, and Athena. Packet pickup is available the day before and the morning of the race at North East Community Park. Race amenities include a tech shirt, socks, finisher medal, and post-race food and drink.
