The Heron Proud 5K at St. Anne's Episcopal School
The Heron Proud 5K is a community event held at St. Anne's Episcopal School, 211 Silver Lake Road, Middletown, DE. The event includes a sanctioned 5K road race and a separate kids race, plus a range of family activities and on-site services.

On-site activities list arts and crafts, a mobile gaming truck, bumper soccer, yoga, and an inflatable obstacle course. Brunch will be available for sale by Taco Jardin. Participants are invited to bring canned goods for the Kids Who Can donation effort. No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non-transferable and registrations are non-refundable.
Registration categories shown include Adult 5K and Student 5K with listed fees of $34.09 and $23.39 respectively. The event offers unisex tee shirts. Timing is provided by R2R Timing using the MYLAPS BibTag chip timing system; top finisher awards for overall male and female and masters are scored by gun time while other age-group awards are scored by chip (net) time.
