Ocean Road 10k : Narragansett, Rhode Island
The Ocean Road 10k is an annual road race held in October in Narragansett, Rhode Island, presented by Fitzpatrick Team RE/MAX Results. The event is a flat, coastal course covering 10 km (6.2 miles) that starts at Point Judith Lighthouse, follows Ocean Road along the coast, passes under the Narragansett Towers, and finishes at Narragansett Town Beach.
The course is point-to-point. Because of that layout, organizers ask participants to use assigned shuttles or to be dropped off at the race start. The finish line is located adjacent to the beach; finishers receive a medal and post-race refreshments include fruit.
