Ocean Road 10k - Narragansett, Rhode Island
The Ocean Road 10k is presented by Fitzpatrick Team RE/MAX Results and is scheduled for October 4, 2026 as the 13th annual running of the event. The race distance is 6.2 miles (10k) and the course is described as flat.
The point to point course begins at Pt. Judith Lighthouse and follows Ocean Road along the coast. The route passes under the Narragansett Towers and finishes at Narragansett Town Beach. Because the course does not loop back to the start, the event provides assigned shuttles and asks that participants use those shuttles or arrange drop off at the start.
The finish area is adjacent to the beach; finishers receive a medal and postrace refreshments have included bananas. The event regularly attracts more than 2,000 runners and walkers, and the race has sold out in past years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
