The event takes place at 100 Melton Lake Peninsula and starts and finishes at Calhoun's in Oak Ridge. The program includes the following race options:

Course, entry, and logistics
The 10 Miler course is USATF certified (TN24002MS) and uses a new out-and-back route. The course has a time limit of 2 hours and 40 minutes and is open to traffic; participants run with traffic on narrow, winding sections. Headphones are discouraged. Roller blades, strollers, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the courses. Bib pickup is provided and post-race food will be available inside Calhoun's; there are bathrooms inside and portables outside.
Registration, awards, and additional notes
Registration has tiered fees for each distance and no bib transfers or refunds. KTC members are eligible for a $5 discount through race day. A shirt order will be placed on January 8; entries without a shirt selection will have $5 deducted. Awards are given to the top three overall, age groups, and specialty categories, plus Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters by gender. The Oak Ridge races are included in the 2026 Grand Prix team competition; Grand Prix eligibility requires KTC membership and volunteering at least three KTC races during the year.
