Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K
The Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot takes place in Downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. The event features multiple participation options centered around Depot Avenue. The course utilizes a established route through the downtown area common to previous editions of this event.

For the main 5K event, the starting area on Depot Avenue includes elite corrals to manage participant density and safety. Assignments to these corrals are based on the predicted finish times provided by participants during the registration process. The course has a time limit of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are prohibited on the course, though walkers are welcome.
Participants in the Little Gobbler Run, which is intended for children aged 12 and under, may be accompanied by parents. Awards are distributed based on chip timing for various categories, including overall winners, Masters, Grandmasters, and Senior Grandmasters. Specific categories also exist for Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Athena (women over 150 lbs.) classifications. Age group awards are provided for the 5K and for the top ten boys and girls in the kid's run.
Short-sleeved unisex shirts are provided to participants while supplies last for those registering after the designated inventory deadline. Light refreshments are available for participants following the conclusion of the races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
