Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot : overview
The Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, with the event base at 227 West Depot Avenue. The race program includes a certified 5K, a Little Gobbler kid's run, and a virtual Turkey Trot option. The course follows a downtown Knoxville route. The start area on Depot Avenue will use elite corrals, with corral assignments based on each runner's predicted finish time.
Registration, logistics, and rules
Registration has age-based pricing for the 5K and a separate fee for the Little Gobbler Run; the Little Gobbler Run is listed at $10 for ages 12 and under. The event policy states no refunds and no transfers. Short-sleeved unisex shirts are available; shirt orders are placed before the event and registrants after November 11 will receive shirts only while supplies last. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled at Dicks House of Sport and The Mill and Mine; race day pickup is also available.
Awards are given by chip time to top overall finishers and to age-group winners, and include Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters, Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.), and Overall Athena (women over 150 lbs.). Light refreshments are provided after the race. Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course; walkers are welcome. The 5K course closes after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
