Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K and Little Gobbler Kid's Run
The event takes place in downtown Knoxville on Thursday November 26, 2026. It offers in-person and virtual options on the same downtown course used in prior years.

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Listed fees include $20 for the 5K and $30 for the virtual race. Parents may run with a child in the Little Gobbler Run; parent participants do not receive a shirt or bib unless they register for the 5K.
T-shirts are short-sleeved unisex. Anyone registering after November 12 will receive shirts while supplies last. The shirt order is placed on November 13 and there will be no reorders.
Packet pick up is scheduled on three days before the event at local venues: 11/23 at Dicks House of Sport 4:00-7:00, 11/24 at The Casual Pint Northshore 4:00-7:00, and 11/25 at The Mill and Mine 11:00-6:00.
Awards are based on chip time. Prizes include top three overall male, female, and open; Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters by fastest age thresholds; top age group finishers including new 10 and under, 11-14, and 15-18 divisions; Overall Clydesdale and Overall Athena. The kids run adds Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls. Awards presentation begins at 9:45.
Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course. Walkers are welcome. The 5K course closes in 1 hour 15 minutes. The event is part of the Grand Prix Team Competition; teams must pre-register. Grand Prix awards require KTC membership and at least three event volunteer shifts.
