NYRR Joe Kleinerman 10K
The NYRR Joe Kleinerman 10K is a scored road race held in Central Park, Manhattan on January 9, 2027. The course is described as a roughly 10K (6.2 miles) loop around Central Park. The event is open to runners aged 12 and up and serves as a qualifier for the NYRR 9+1 program.
All participants receive a long-sleeve technical T-shirt. Race services include bib pickup at the NYRR RUNCENTER and a bag check that accepts only clear bags no larger than 17" wide x 20" high x 7" deep. Live, unofficial results and runner tracking are available in the NYRR mobile app during the event, with official results posted afterward.
Prize money is awarded equally across men, women, and nonbinary divisions. Individual prizes for overall finishers are listed for places one through five, and a separate prize scale is available for the NYRR Member Division 40+. To be eligible for prize money and time bonuses, a runner must meet NYRR membership duration requirements and meet specified time standards for certain awards.
Reasonable accommodations for participants with disabilities are provided upon advance request, and a member-only standby list is available for NYRR members if entries become available after registration closes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
