About the race
NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon takes place in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY. The event offers a USATF-certified marathon and half marathon, both run entirely inside the park with a multi-loop course: the half loops East Drive and the marathon uses two lower loops plus six full loops before finishing onto Center Drive. The festival area in the Nethermead hosts bib pickup, bag check, restrooms, and post-race refreshments.
Participants receive water and electrolyte stations, a finisher medal, race shirt, and optional race photos. It celebrates 15 years of NYCRUNNING and includes a Run Two Races, Get a Third Free promotion, with pace-based corrals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
