The Pride Stride - Montclair
The Pride Stride is the eighth annual community run held in Montclair on June 10, 2026. Organizers include Fleet Feet Montclair, Mizuno, Out Montclair and Egan & Sons. The event is presented as a fun run, walk, or roll and is intended as a celebration of love, living openly and authentically, and the ongoing movement toward equality, diversity and inclusiveness.
The route is approximately 3 miles and the activity is not a timed event or an official race. The event welcomes families, strollers, runners and walkers and includes a post-run hangout on the Egans Patio. The first round of beer is offered free and Mizuno provides a complimentary round of beer during the post-run gathering.
There are two registration categories with different fees: a general category with a registration fee of $10.00 and an under 21 category with a registration fee of $5.00. Proceeds from the event will be donated to OUT Montclair, an organization that supports the local LGBTQIA+ community.
Suggested items to have on hand include an ID and wallet, running shoes and any personal items needed for a short neighborhood run or walk. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
