St. Anthony's Feast 5K Run/Walk
The St. Anthony's Feast 5K Run/Walk occurs in Oceanside, New York, starting at St. Anthony's Church. The event takes place on a residential, accurately measured course and proceeds regardless of weather conditions with its rain or shine policy. Participants can choose between several participation formats:
- 5K Run/Walk: An in-person or virtual 5.0 km event.
- Kids Dash: A participation event for children 17 and under.
Registration for the 5.0 km includes food and drink tickets for use at the St. Anthony's Feast. Participants who register at least three weeks before the event receive personalized bib numbers. Amenities include T-shirts for the first 200 in-person registrants, as well as complimentary string bags and water bottles while supplies last.
The event features an award ceremony at the Feast on the evening of the race. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall. Additionally, medals are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various age categories, ranging from 7 and under to 80 and over.
