NYC Run Into Summer 5K at Central Park 2027
The NYC Run Into Summer is a 5K road event planned for 2027 in Central Park, Manhattan. Registration is not yet open. The event offers both in person and virtual participation options.
In person entrants receive event amenities that include a Run Summer tee, live text and email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs if registration is completed at least three weeks in advance. Live online and same-day finish line photos are provided for finishers.
Bib pickup is available in person on race day from event staff, and virtual participants receive bibs by mail when race gear ships; mailing may take several days for late registrants. Organizers include guidance on bib placement and securing to ensure accurate read rates.
The event recognizes top finishers with age group awards and overall awards for male, female, and nonbinary categories. Age group recognition covers a wide range from 14 and under through 90 plus.
A virtual participation option allows participants to record distance on a track, treadmill, certified course, or using running apps, and to upload times and photos within the event window. Results are published via live online tools and by email and text.
