The NYC Run Into Summer 5K at Central Park
The NYC Run Into Summer is a 5K road event scheduled for June 12, 2027, in Manhattan at Central Park. Registration is not yet open; it will open before the event date and a notification option is available for those who wish to be alerted.
Race amenities include a Run Summer tee, live online/text/email results, free finish-line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed at least three weeks before the event. Results are delivered live online and by text or email, and same-day finish-line photos and video are provided. Additional event photos are posted to social media.
Age-group recognition is posted online and includes top overall placements and top placements by age in the following ranges: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80-89; and 90+ (separate awards for male, female, and X categories).
Bibs may be picked up in person or mailed to virtual participants; mailed bibs for late registrations typically require three to five business days after sign-up. Instructions for bib placement emphasize mid-torso positioning, visibility, and securing with four pins or similar fasteners. A bib is not required to participate and may be kept as a keepsake.
A course route is provided via an online map. One hundred percent of donations and fundraising for the event benefit Children In Conflict. Virtual participants can upload times and photos through the event results system following the event, with posting windows that vary by registration timing.
