Nun Run for Cancer
The Nun Run for Cancer is the sixth annual event scheduled for May 1, 2027 in Peoria, Illinois. The event uses RC Outfitters at 311 Southwest Water Street as its primary location and offers in-person and virtual participation options.

- 1 Mile Run/Walk (Untimed)
- Virtual Runner option
Proceeds from the event benefit the OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute. The event is presented in the spirit of the Mission of the Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis to serve people with care and compassion. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing.
Packet pickup is available at RC Outfitters on Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1 from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and on race day at RC Outfitters from 7:00am to 8:00am through the side door. Participants may pick up packets for friends or family.
Awards are given for overall top male and top female by gun time, and for age group top male and top female by net time in standard age brackets. There is no awards ceremony; awards will be mailed after the event.
Registration categories include standard adult entries, youth entries for 12 and under, and a virtual entry. Registration fees vary by category and by registration window. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
