Nun Run for Cancer - Peoria, IL
The Nun Run for Cancer is the sixth annual community fundraising event held in Peoria, Illinois. The event benefits the OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute and is presented in the spirit of the Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis mission to serve people with care and compassion.
The event offers multiple participation options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (untimed)
- Virtual runner option with shirt and medal
Packet pickup is available at RC Outfitters on the days immediately before the event and on race day. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing. Awards include overall top male and female by gun time and age group awards by net time across standard age brackets; awards will be mailed after the event rather than presented in a ceremony.
