Run Run Rudolph
Run Run Rudolph is a holiday run organized by ShaZam Racing on December 12, 2026, at RC Outfitters, 311 Southwest Water Street, Peoria, Illinois. The event offers two course options:
- 5K run/walk
- 1 Mile run/walk
Courses start and finish on the Riverfront Trail at the former Hooters Restaurant. The event includes dress up contests with awards for Best Solo Outfit, Best Group Ensemble Outfit, and Best Holiday Inspired Outfit; winners receive $25 gift cards. Organizers will draw two winners for a $50 RC Outfitters gift card, with one raffle ticket issued for each toy donated. Proceeds benefit Toys for Tots.
Participants receive event swag including a Run Run Rudolph hoodie, reindeer antlers, a candy cane, and post race goodies and hot cocoa. Hoodies and antlers are limited to the first 600 registered. Packet pickup is available at RC Outfitters the day before the event and there is very limited pickup on race day inside RC Outfitters.
Competitive awards use gun time: overall top male and top female, and age group awards for top three males and females across standard age divisions. There will not be an awards ceremony; finishers who placed should check posted results and claim perishable awards at the results table.
