NSRF The Dad Bod 5K & 10K
The event offers in-person and virtual running options on the Rockaway Beach boardwalk in June 2026. Distances available are a 5K loop and a 10K run that follows the same course twice. The course is described as an out and back along the boardwalk with water available at the turn around and at the finish. Public water fountains are also present along the route.
In-person amenities include an informal bag check area near the staging zone, restrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, and hydration at the finish line. Post-race refreshments are provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Bib mailing is available for an additional fee if requested prior to the race cutoff; virtual entrants receive mailed items and may log times within a week of the event start.
Recognition is given to top overall finishers and to top finishers in multiple age groups across female, male, and non-binary categories. A portion of event proceeds benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports athletic and charitable events and athlete development.
