NSRF Dad Bod 5K & 10K
This event takes place in June 2026 on the Rockaway Beach boardwalk in Far Rockaway, New York, at 7215 Beach Front Rd. It offers both in-person and virtual participation options and donates a portion of event proceeds to the Never Stop Running Foundation.

The course is an out and back loop where one loop equals 5K and two loops equal 10K. 10K participants are asked to cross the finish line mats on each loop for accurate split and finish times. Water is available at the turn-around and at the finish line and public water fountains are present along the course. Porta-johns and public restrooms are available near the course.
Amenities include an informal bag check area in the staging zone, on-course and finish line hydration, and post race refreshments provided by event partners. Virtual participants may log times for a full week starting on the event start date and can upload photos; virtual entries may receive shirts and names printed on bibs. Bib mailing is available for an additional fee if registered in advance.
Age group recognition is awarded for top overall finishers and for age categories beginning at 14 and under and progressing in standard decade ranges. The event acknowledges the Munsee Lenape and Canarsie lands where the race is held. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
