About the race
The NSRF Suffolk Turkey Trot 5K takes place at Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon, NY. The in-person 5K (and a virtual option) invites runners and walkers to loop around the scenic 42-acre Belmont Lake, following tree-lined trails with lake views. The event blends festive tradition, family fun, and scenic charm, with a free Kiddie Dash before the main race.
After crossing the finish, participants can enjoy turkey-trot swag and refreshments from All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A portion of proceeds benefits the Never Stop Running Foundation, which supports athletic events and youth/special needs initiatives and community.
