Long Beach City Council Turkey Trot
The 22nd Annual Long Beach City Council Turkey Trot is scheduled for November 22, 2026 in Long Beach, New York. The event uses Long Beach Catholic Regional School at 735 West Broadway as its event hub and lists the start and finish on New York Avenue and the boardwalk.

Registration is paid and may include processing fees and optional donations that affect the total cost. Registration fees are non refundable and are applied to race expenses. Participants are asked to bring a non perishable food item to benefit community members in need.
Race day amenities include participant T shirts issued in the school gymnasium and bib pickup at the same location. All kids in the 1 Mile Fun Run receive an award. Results and race photos are provided online with live timing, same day finish line photos, and additional photo galleries.
The 10K awards include overall top finishers for men and women, a top wheelchair award, and top age group finishers by gender across multiple age divisions. The 1 Mile awards recognize the top three male and female finishers in the listed youth age categories. The course is described as accurately measured, flat, and fast.
