Event Details

The NSRF Pi Day 3.14 Mile is a run/walk event on March 14, 2026, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. The main distance is 3.14 miles (approximately 5K). A free kids' dash is also scheduled. The event is held rain or shine.

Registration and Pricing

Registration is available for both in-person and virtual participation. Early in-person registration is priced at $35.00, with an additional processing fee. A virtual registration option costs $45.00. An optional add-on is available to have your race bib mailed to you for an extra fee. All fees are non-refundable.

Location and Parking

The event takes place in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Parking is designated at the Queens Museum, Building, Meridian Road address. Participants are directed to walk to the Queens Theater for the event start.

Course and Amenities

The course is described as a circular route through the scenic park, passing landmarks like the Unisphere and the Fountain of the Planets. It is a USATF-certified 5K course. Hydration is provided at the finish line. High-quality refreshments are offered by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water.

What Participants Receive

All participants receive a finisher medal and an event t-shirt. In-person participants also receive a mini pie. Virtual participants receive a shirt, medal, and have their name printed on their bib, which is mailed to them.
