May the 4th Be With You 5K NSRF
This event is a themed 5K held at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford on May 4. The program includes a 5K race and a free kids dash. Distances offered:

The course uses the Merrick Lands / Cedar Creek Park layout with a 1K loop and five loops to complete the 5K. Participants are requested to run through the finish line mats on each loop so split and finish times and race photos sync correctly.
On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, restrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, finish-line hydration, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A commemorative race tee is available.
A virtual option is offered. Virtual participants have from the first day of the event and a full week to log a time and upload up to five photos. Race items for virtual entries begin shipping on the first day of the event. For mailed bibs there is an option to have a bib mailed for a fee when registered sufficiently in advance.
Results are delivered live online, by email and by text, and same-day finish line photos and free video are provided. Awards include top finishers overall and top finishers by age group. One hundred percent of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports special needs and youth running programs and athlete development.
