May the 4th Be With You 5K NSRF
This event is a themed 5K held on May 4 at Cedar Creek Park (Merrick Lands) in Seaford, NY. The program includes a free Kids Dash held shortly before the 5K and both in-person and virtual participation options.

The 5K course is looped: one loop marks the 1K point and five loops complete the 5K. Participants must cross the finish-line timing mats on each loop to ensure accurate split and finish times and proper photo syncing.
On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, bathrooms within a few minutes’ walk of the start and finish, finish-line hydration, and refreshments provided by event vendors. Virtual participants may log their time and up to five photos within the week following the event start; event items for virtual entries begin shipping on the first day of the event. Bib pickup is available in person near the event, and bibs can be mailed for a fee if registered in advance. Guidance for bib placement is provided to ensure accurate timing reads.
Age-group recognition is offered for top finishers overall and in multiple age brackets. One hundred percent of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports special needs and youth running events and athlete development.
