This event is a themed 5K held at Cedar Creek Park, Merrick Lands, in Seaford, New York. The program includes a free Kids Dash to the Finish. The event supports the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds Special Needs and youth running activities and athlete development.

The 5K course uses a loop format: one loop to the 1K and five loops to complete the 5K. Participants should pass through the finish line timing mats on each loop for accurate split and finish times and for photo syncing.
Amenities include an informal bag check area, on-site bathrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A commemorative event tee is available.
Registration status is listed as not yet open; notifications will be sent when registration opens. A virtual option is offered: virtual competitors have from the first day of the event and a full week to log a time and up to five photos. Bib options include in-person pickup on event day or mailing for a $10 fee when registered at least 10 days in advance.
Results and photos are provided live via online, email, and text with free video and same-day finish line pictures. Age-group recognition is awarded to top finishers overall and across standard age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
