Event
The Never Stop Running Foundation It's Our Only Earth Day 5K is scheduled for April 18, 2026 in Eisenhower Park, Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, NY 11554. The event is organized to raise awareness for preserving the environment and to support the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) whose donations fund youth and special needs running events and other programs. The event includes a free Kiddie Dash and both an in-person and a virtual 5K option.
Registration and race services
Registration options include an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K. A bib mailing option is available for an additional fee if registered at least 10 days before the race. Event shirts are offered and T-shirt sizes are selectable. Informal bag check will be available. Bathrooms are a few minutes walk from the start and finish. Hydration is provided at the finish line. High quality refreshments will be provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Purchase protection is offered as an optional service for registration refunds under qualifying circumstances.
Course and results
The course is a USATF certified 5K through bike paths in Eisenhower Park. Age-group recognition is listed for top finishers overall and in age brackets from 14 & under up to 90+.
