Event overview
The event is a Thanksgiving Day run at Alley Pond Park in Queens on November 27, 2025. It includes a kids dash and run/walk distances that use repeated loops on the park course. The event names the Munsee Lenape and Lekawe as the lands where the park is located. Parking is available at the Alley Pond Picnic Area.

- 2 miles - two loops, must cross finish mats on each loop for accurate splits

In-person bib pickup is available from event staff starting one hour before the event. A mailed bib option is available for a $10 fee if registered at least 10 days in advance. Virtual participation is offered with one week to log results and up to five photos; race items begin shipping on the event start day.
Amenities include an informal bag check area, restrooms within a few minutes walk of start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by event partners. Online registration is noted as closed on the event page. Age-group recognition is given to the top 1 in each gender/extra and in listed age brackets, plus overall top finishers. 100% of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
