NSRF Central Park Comic Run 5K & 10K
This event takes place in Central Park at the Naumburg Bandshell and uses Terrace Drive and nearby park paths for course access. Participants are invited to wear superhero or villain costumes. The event offers the following distances:

- 10K
The event includes a comic tee and a finisher medal. An informal bag check area is provided in the staging area; the organizer does not accept responsibility for personal belongings. Bathrooms are a few minutes' walk from the start and finish area. Hydration is provided at the finish line, and refreshments are supplied by event sponsors All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water.
A certified USATF 5K course is used. The site acknowledges Munsee Lenape and Wappinger lands in Central Park. The common finish line is located across from Bethesda Fountain; packet pickup and staging are at the Naumburg Bandshell with park-entry directions via East 72nd Street and 5th Avenue.
A virtual participation option is available. Virtual participants have from the event start day through one week to log a time and may upload up to five photos; event items begin shipping on the first day of the event. Bibs may be mailed for a fee if registered sufficiently in advance, or picked up in person from event staff at the venue.
Recognition is given to top overall finishers and to top finishers by age groups, and live results, same-day finish line photos, and video are provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
