Event overview
The Not 4 Wimps trail run is scheduled for Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Derby, Kansas. This is the 34th annual edition and the event is limited to 200 participants. Parking, the start and the finish are at Warren Riverview Park, 321 W Market St, Derby, KS 67037. The race will use chip timing provided by The Timer Guys.

Course, logistics and rules
The course is a marked trail route with sand and some mud; all three distances share versions of the same basic course. Bottled water will be available on the course beginning at 3 miles and again post-event. Trash cans will be placed immediately beyond water stations. The only indoor restroom is just outside the lodge entrance. Packet pickup is at the outdoor pavilion.
Races are limited to registered participants only. No rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards or strollers are allowed. Well-trained dogs are permitted. Course marshals will control traffic and participants should use caution on the trail. No age-group medals, finishers medals, or event shirts are provided.
