Northwich 10K - Northwich, 20 June 2027
The Northwich 10K is a timed road race of 10K that starts and finishes at Barons Quay in Northwich town centre. The course uses fully closed roads and follows an undulating route that passes Marbury Country Park and Carey Park. The surface is a mix of tarmac road and gravel footpath, with an elevation gain of 83 m.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. Water is provided just after halfway on the course and at the finish. There is a two hour cut-off time due to road closures. The minimum entry age is 15. The event is wheelchair and pram friendly. Dogs are not allowed for runners or spectators.
The event supports The Joshua Tree, a charity that provides programmes to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers. An optional event t-shirt is offered as an extra. An event village is provided on race day with food, drink and finish-line facilities.
